What Students See

A full-screen lock overlay with:

  • The KyberGate shield logo
  • A message: "Your device has been locked by your teacher"
  • They cannot navigate away, switch apps, or dismiss the overlay

Unlocking

Click "Unlock" on individual devices, or "Unlock All" to release all locked devices.

Notes

  • Lock commands are sent in real-time via Firestore
  • Devices must be online to receive lock commands
  • If a device is offline when locked, the command will execute when it comes back online
