How KyberGate billing works and what your invoice shows.
Billing Model
KyberGate bills per device per month. A "device" is any iPad, Chromebook, or Mac with an active connection to KyberGate (enrolled in your org's devices list).
Invoice Line Items
- KyberGate [Plan] — X devices @ $Y/device — Your per-device monthly charge
- Taxes — If applicable based on your location
- Credits — If you removed devices mid-cycle, you may see a prorated credit
Billing Cycle
Monthly billing on the same date each month (based on when you first subscribed). Annual billing is available for Enterprise plans — contact sales@kybergate.com.
Downloading Invoices
Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. In the Stripe portal, click "Invoice History" to download PDFs.
