Filing Process
1. Post Form 470
Describe your need for "managed cloud-based web content filtering services" on your Form 470.
2. 28-Day Bidding Period
Wait the required 28 days for competitive bidding.
3. Evaluate Bids
Compare responses. KyberGate can provide a formal quote for your Form 470.
4. File Form 471
Submit your Form 471 with KyberGate as the selected vendor. Include our SPIN number and service details.
5. Receive FCDL
USAC reviews and issues your Funding Commitment Decision Letter.
6. Begin Service
Start your KyberGate subscription. Submit invoices to USAC for reimbursement.
