Your device count determines your monthly bill. Here's how to manage it.
Adding Devices
Devices are added automatically when they connect through KyberGate:
- iPads — Push the MDM profile. The device registers when it first fetches the PAC file.
- Chromebooks — Install the extension via Google Admin. Devices register when the extension activates.
- Macs — Push the proxy profile via MDM.
No manual device creation needed — it's all automatic.
Removing Devices
- Go to the Devices page in your dashboard
- Find the device you want to remove
- Click on it to open the detail panel
- Click "Remove Device"
- The device is removed from your org and stops counting toward your bill
Billing Impact
- New devices are prorated for the remaining billing cycle
- Removed devices receive a prorated credit on your next invoice
- Billing adjusts automatically — you don't need to contact us
