KyberCopy is priced per campus, not per teacher, per page or per printer. Unlimited printers, unlimited users, unlimited jobs. The relay is included.
Price bands
The annual price is banded by enrollment, a number a school already publishes.
- Small, under 500 students: $1,800 per year.
- Standard, 500 to 1,500 students: $3,600 per year.
- Large, 1,500 to 4,000 students: $6,000 per year.
- District, 4,000 and up: quoted, with a per-campus discount.
Pilot
A 60-day pilot is free, for one campus, with no card. It ends by converting or stopping.
How to pay
Purchase orders are first-class, because most schools cannot pay by card. The flow is quote, PO, invoice, net 30. Card and ACH are also available where enabled.
The Billing page
Billing is under Copy room settings and is visible only to the account owner. It shows:
- Current plan, its price and renewal date, and a status: Active, Trial with days left, Payment overdue, Unpaid, Cancelled or Pending. During a trial, printing keeps working; set up payment before it ends and nothing changes.
- This month: printers, people, jobs this month and sheets, counted live.
- How you pay. Purchase order with Raise an invoice: thirty day terms, your PO number on every document. Credit card with Set up card, charged monthly, cancel whenever. If card payment is not switched on for your installation, the page says so and to use a purchase order.
- Who we invoice: billing contact name, billing email, billing address, purchase order reference (printed on every invoice), tax ID, and a Tax exempt box. Most schools are tax exempt.
- Invoices: every document raised, with Paid or Overdue, and a download.
- Plans: the available plans. Changing plan never interrupts printing. To change plan, contact KyberCopy and the invoice is adjusted.
Separate from chargeback
What your school pays KyberCopy is unrelated to the cost settings on the Cost tab, which are how a school optionally charges its own departments for paper. Those are different ledgers.
