Choose who receives KyberPulse safety alerts.
Setting Up Recipients
- Go to Settings > General
- In the "Safety Alert Recipients" section, add email addresses
- Each recipient will receive email notifications when alerts are triggered
Recommended Recipients
- School counselor or social worker
- School psychologist
- Assistant principal or dean of students
- IT administrator (for awareness)
Alert Routing
Currently, all recipients receive all alerts. Category-based routing (e.g., only counselors get self-harm alerts) is on the roadmap.
Webhook Integration
For real-time alerting to Slack, Discord, or custom systems, go to Settings > Integrations and configure a webhook. Alerts fire to your webhook URL in real-time.
