When a KyberGate administrator creates your organization, you'll receive a welcome email with a login link.
Steps to Get Started
- Click the "Get Started" link in your welcome email
- Sign in with your Google Workspace account (the same email your school uses)
- You'll land on the KyberGate Dashboard at dashboard.kybergate.com
- Your organization and role are automatically assigned based on your email domain
First Login
On first login, you'll see the Setup Wizard — a 6-step checklist to get your school filtering in under 30 minutes. Follow it step by step.
Roles
- Admin — Full access to all settings, policies, devices, and billing
- Teacher — Access to KyberClassroom, device views, and student activity
- Viewer — Read-only access to reports and dashboards
