Deploy the KyberGate agent on managed Macs.
Prerequisites
- macOS 13 or later
- MDM-managed Mac (Jamf, Mosyle, Kandji, etc.)
- Your KyberGate org ID
Option A: MDM Profile Only (Proxy)
For basic web filtering, push the same proxy profile used for iPads. Download from: https://proxy.kybergate.com/api/mdm/YOUR_ORG_ID
This routes web traffic through the KyberGate proxy for filtering.
Option B: KyberGate Mac Agent (Coming Soon)
The full KyberGate Mac Agent adds:
- System Extension for network-level filtering
- Menu bar status indicator
- Screen capture for KyberClassroom
- Anti-tamper protection
The Mac Agent is currently in development. Contact us for beta access.
CA Certificate Trust
On macOS, the CA certificate may need to be manually trusted in Keychain Access, or pushed via MDM with the appropriate trust payload.
